Property Donations
Our housing committee is seeking properties in the Northwest Philadelphia area for rehabilitation and family occupancy. We are in the process of arranging for tax credits for property donors. Our volunteers have lovingly restored two local properties, now serving as affordable homes for former NPIHN families. Our families make great neighbors, and our rehab work spruces up blighted city blocks. To discuss this possibility further, contact our office at 215-247-4663 ext. 136.
