Save Thursday Nov 19th for our Empty Bowl Dinner

Join us on Thursday November 19th, 4:30 to 8:30 PM at Chestnut Hill College for our annual Empty Bowl Dinner. Choose a hand-made bowl, fill it with delicious soup and celebrate the work of our Network and accomplishments of our families. Leave at the end of evening with your beautiful hand made bowl as a reminder that there are many in our country who do not have food to fill their empty bowls. Looking forward to seeing you there!

Wheels for Working Families

Many thanks to our latest car donor, Sara W. Cullen, who donated her 1996 Subaru Legacy Outback to our Wheels for Workers Program. The Subaru will be transferred to a working family, and will make a big difference in their ability to get to their place of employment and to maintain their housing. If you have a working car that may be worth as much as a tax donation as it would be as a resale, please consider giving it to Northwest philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network. Congratulations to Aliya (NPIHN 2004)

Go Aliya! She just received her Associates degree and is on to nursing school in the Fall. She also just got a great job with a major salary raise at Temple University Hospital. All this and 4 beautiful children! Aliya- We are so proud of all you have accomplished!
