Rich Site Summary (RSS) (aka Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for content distribution. Philashelter.org offers a RSS feed for use in news readers and Web logs (blogs). This feed include headlines, summaries and links back to philashelter.org for the full article. RSS feeds are free and philashelter.org currently uses RSS 0.91.
